Starting August 1st, 2007, swimmers will be entered into meets online by the Coaching Staff.  This
is due to the number of swimmers who have missed entering meets because they did not get their
entries in early enough or they just forgot. The coaching staff have noticed a few other problems
with the swimmers or parents entering themselves in meets, for example swimmers have entered
the wrong swim meet and some have forgotten to enter events. SSFAC has over 90 swimmers on
the team but we usually have 30 swimmers or less attend a schedule team swim meet, the team
would like to see at least 50 swimmers in every local team scheduled swim meet.   A local swim
meet is a meet within 50 miles of pool or roughly a 45 minute drive.
Parents please fill in the information above and mark all the boxes below for the days your child will
be able to attend. If you have to add a day or if you can not make one of the days please contact
coaches and they will try to accomidate any changes.  If your child can not attent a meet please
contact the coaches prior to the entries being submitted to avoid being charged for the entry fee.
You will be responsible for entry fee, once the entries have been submitted. The team will
bill you after the entries have be submitted.  Please pay immediately after you receive bill.
